What are the minimum requirements to be eligible for BC PNP 2022?

To qualify under BC PNP as a skilled immigrant, the candidate must:

  • Have accepted a full-time, intermediate job offer from an eligible BC employer. Job offer must be categorized under National Occupation Classification (NOC) skill level 0, A, or B.
  • Need to have a minimum of two years of work experience that is directly related to the occupation.
  • Show that they can support themselves and accompanying family members.
  • Be legally admissible in Canada.
  • For NOC skill level B occupations, meet the minimum language requirements.
  • Have a wage offer in line with B.C wage rates for the occupation.
